Bancomail is a service relating to business activities founded and run to facilitate exchanges between businesses (Business to Business) and to increase the business-informative possibilities amongst them.

Data supplied through Bancomail service is exclusively connected to business registry information (addresses, telephone, fax, e-mail and specific details of field of business). Bancomail service does not offer any possibility of acquiring information, addresses or activities of private people, with the only exception of those freely indicated with the aim of exercising business activities.

Business registry information can only be acquired from enterprises which will supply their addresses, and they will be made aware of the need to behave in the most correct and least invasive manner possible with the use and handling of such addresses. Furthermore they have the obligation to conform to existing laws. Bancomail-Neosoft reserves its right to take any legal action towards anybody who, through improper or incorrect or detrimental information, causes damages to enterprises whose details have been supplied.

Handling of business data

Bancomail-Neosoft, in order to guarantee and safeguard those clients and enterprises present in its database, operates and looks after the service adhering to a strict criteria for the protection of data, also respecting and sanctioning what the European and Italian laws legislates on the matter of protection of business data (d.lgs n. 196/2003) from which we highlight only a brief selection of the main points. Bancomail – Neosoft manage and ensure criteria of protection of data supplied adhering to existing rules and in accordance with dealings reached with their customers.

To exercise the right of cancellation of business data the party concerned will have to forward:

• a written request to the following e-mail address: database@bancomail.com;
• writing to Neosoft Srl via Casaregis 30/13 Genova Italy;
• when receiving our e-mail containing details on the handling of business data, it will be sufficient to click on the “remove” link.

In a short space of time you will receive our confirmation that the cancellation has taken place.

Information and guaranties concerning Economical Transactions through payment with credit card

Bancomail – Neosoft has predisposed the service for payment by credit card to Bancomail.net ensuring the safest security criteria and has received the necessary authorisation from Banca Sella e Paypal. The circuits predisposed to the payments either with Banca Sella or Paypal offer the highest possible standards of guarantee and care.

Operations concerning payment and communication of credit card numbers take place within the respective interbanks’ circuits and are never available outside them. Operations are dealt through secure channels Https and encrypted transport SSL at 128 bit.

Rights of the Purchaser

Bancomail – Neosoft takes care of the rights ratified by international law regulating contracts made at distance, and are available to deal with any problem or complaint regarding their service.
In instances of quantity variation and cost of a package which has been ordered, the relative price is to be considered identical to the corresponding one quoted at the time of ordering and it will be our responsibility to inform the client of variations without any obligation of expense.
