In the belief that Data-Driven Marketing strategies are even more efficient and necessary in the era of transformation we are experiencing, starting from March 12, 2020, we have reduced all our pricing with the aim of supporting struggling companies.
The current facilitation phase now foresees a fixed reduction of 30%, which can be cumulated with any reserved discounts.
The warranty is valid for 60 (sixty) days of the database delivery.
The bounce replacement warranty (for invalid email addresses) covers addresses with permanent errors (non-existing, incorrect dns, general failure), but NOT those with temporary or partial errors (i.e. over quota, spam filter).
Use of pre-installed desktop transmission systems without staggered mailing and bounce intercepting such as: Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, Eudora, ThunderBird and Apple Mail
Messages exceeding 80 KB.
Attachments of any type and format.
Techniques for multiple-recipient inclusion in carbon copy (CC) or blind carbon copy (BCC).
Questionable message content and/or content not compliant with the legal provisions.
Only one replacement request can be made per order, so it is essential that you have completed delivery to all the provided addresses. Wait at least 10 days after mailing is complete to be sure that you've recorded all the errors.
Copy only the invalid email addresses in an Excel file with one single column.
Send to firstname.lastname@example.org a message with the following specifications:
a. Subject: Replacement request - [order reference]
b. Message content: type of software/platform used for mailing.
c. Attachmentcopy of the sent message and the Excel file mentioned above.
Requests that do not comply with this procedure may not be received and consequently not processed.
The average time needed to process replacement claims is about 7 to 10 working days of receiving the file. The Bancomail staff will perform some tests and will communicate the result (hard bounce, soft bounce, blocked mail, valid emails, etc.) together with the number of addresses which are 'actually' invalid and therefore to be replaced.
Established the number of invalid addresses, we'll provide the replacement of the records for the same or other search criteria.
If the database does not include enough records with the same features required in the order, we will ask the customer to choose other extraction criteria.
Alternatively or if the replacement data are insufficient, the customer can ask for an additional 15% discount.
As an alternative, the customer may request the cancellation and reversal of the amount associated to the invalid records.
