Who can subscribe to the Non-profit program?
The Non-profit program is reserved for non-profit organizations regularly registered in accordance with the current legislation established by the authorities from the country of their registered office. In Italy the established Authority is the Ministry of Economy and Finance and includes voluntary organizations, NGOs, recognized social promotion organizations, recognized foundations, and social co-operatives. What do you need to subscribe?
To participate in the program a non-profit organization need to provide the documentation related to its legality according to the regulations in force in the country where the interested organization has its registered office. Italy: to non-profit organizations is required the certificate of registration at the unique registry of the non-profit organizations, to all other associations is required the submitted and stamped copy of the memorandum. Subscribing to the program have any cost?
No. Subscription is free and will always be. It has no cost, nor an expiration date.
Is there a discount on purchases by non-profit organizations?
Yes. If you decide to purchase (but it is not required to participate in the Program) you'll always get a 40% discount.
It's true that non-profit organizations can get donations?
Yes it is. Every Bancomail customer can choose to donate 10% of its purchases to an association subscribed to the Program. To receive a donation, you only have to create a profile from your account.
How non-profit organizations can get support?
There are many ways to receive support through Bancomail:
Bancomail customers are choosing the organization by reading the information published on Bancomail's Non-profit public profile.
Organizations can send direct support invitations.
Organizations can publish a badge on their website to redirect users to their Bancomail Profile.
Bancomail regularly sends newsletters, dedicated to the organizations registered to promote the support.
Is there a commission on the donations received by organizations?
No, we do not apply commissions on donations. 10% of your supporters' purchases is entirely destined to you.
Why should customers choose to support an institution?
Bancomail customers support associations at zero costs. They will purchase at the same price as always and will choose to whom they want to donate 10% of their purchases. The donation is made by Neosoft Srl - Bancomail.
How is the donation credited?
After receiving the donation notification via email, the association can choose to receive the entire amount through bank transfer or to increase it by 15% for a discount coupon on Bancomail.
What is the Non-profit public profile and what does it looks like?
Your public profile is an area where you can promote your values. This area is visible to all our website visitors at Non-profit Organizations. Creating a Profile page does not only mean having a place where you can talk about your activities and the purpose of your association. The page does in fact contain a button through which Bancomail customers can choose to donate 10% of their purchases to the organization.
In your public profile you can insert the following information:
Name of the association or project.
Contact person name + email.
Website and social network profiles link.
How you will help me spread the word and raise funds?
Periodically, we'll inform the interested companies in purchasing databases for email marketing, of the possibility to support the associations subscribed to the program.
Each email will include the promotion of three institutions and will be characterized by the commitment of an equal distribution of the resources among all the Associations subscribed to the Program.
We do not send emails without your consent.
