Daily, the database is checked and updated by a dedicated department. Every information concerning each records value (e-mail, address, phone, fax, postal code, etc.) passes through 21 different processes in order to ensure unique, updated and consistent data.
Our special department periodically check every email address by using a cross control software to ensure its validity (unknown user, Not In DSN, etc.) and its
functionality (over quota, SpamCop etc).
We undertake to refund all e-mail addresses which, within 60 days of delivery, prove to be malfunctioning or discontinued.
How does the bounce refund work?
No excuse: if it's a hard bounce, the refund is guaranteed. From your Dashboard you can submit a complaint about an order that may contain non-functional addresses. Once you have uploaded the invalid email report, we will check provided addresses using additional validation tools and provide you with detailed feedback.
Once the amount of the invalid data has been determined, you can choose whether to ask for a cancellation of the value spent on the data, a coupon with the same value increased by 30% or a Registry Credit for subsequent purchases by quotation.
