Perfil organización:

The project aims to redevelop the village of Brancaleone Vetus (RC) with the aim of preserving its intact and unchanged landscape and cultural features. We have worked a lot in recent years thanks to small donations, but the stakes are high and the costs are varied and varied. What we set out to achieve are a series of initiatives capable of making this place, a safe place for everyone, usable and above all magical. We would like to establish a Museum of Memory that can gather images of a glorious past of our people, our people. We would like to illuminate this village with artistic lighting that can enhance the beauty of the ruins and the fortress on which it stands, visible from the beach. In addition, the establishment of a refreshment point to refresh visitors, creating the conditions for some jobs.

Proyecto:

Renaissance Brancaleone Vetus is the result of an ambitious dream of our Association in reviving the village of Brancaleone Vetus abandoned in the 50s that was established Urban Archaeological Park in 2008. Today there are many emergencies and we have dealt with returning usability and security to the site . An area of 4 hectares rich in caves and evidence of the Middle Ages that risk disappearing. Despite appeals, protests, initiatives to make institutions intervene, today we find ourselves alone to carry out maintenance work, with a tourist flow that increases driven by the beauty of the place that today has become a strategic point for visitors to the Grecanico Calabrese territory. We plan to use these funds for the completion of some initiatives that will make this place even more attractive and competitive.
