  Within the sales cycle, the Inside Sales representative will have the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying leads and clients referred by the sales department and/or generated through independent research

  • Conducting research on Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify the correct company contacts and reaching out to them via email.

  • Arrange a video call for further discussion when interest is identified

  • Promote the potential and quality of the products

  • Delve into topics related to the products and the market

  • Recepire l'interesse e aiutare il cliente nell'individuazione del target, veicolando i prospect alle sales operation per la formulazione di preventivo

  • Contact the client to offer assistance, obtain feedback on campaign results, and provide complementary product offerings

  The candidates for the position must possess the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

  • Good general knowledge

  • Proficiency in internet usage, social networks, and email

  • Knowledge of basic and advanced IT tools

  • Fluent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Italian language is appreciated

  • Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Curiosity and research abilities

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Teamwork orientation

  The initial contract will be a fixed-term contract with the following structure:

  • Initial contract: 2 months

  • 1st renewal: +4 months

  • 2nd renewal: +6 months

  • Further renewal: full

  We offer an entry-level contract with an estimated net salary of approximately €1,200 + monthly and quarterly bonuses (potential of up to €500/month).

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading UX/UI design processes for online experiences.

  • Design Thinking and aptitude to actively participate in project meetings.

  • In-depth knowledge of basic UX and design principles.

  • Knowledge of Responsive Web Design and Mobile First development patterns.

  • Knowledge of applications for the design and prototyping of user interface to create wireframes and mockups (Adobe XD, Wireframe.cc , InVision, Figma etc);

  • Innovation eye and passion for details and consistent, functional and clean designs

  • Technical knowledge of the development process for web and mobile apps: we do not expect you to write code (although we appreciate it), but you should be able to efficiently communicate with developers.

  Your responsibilities:

  • Presenting design ideas to the team by using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

  • Internally engage with team members to discuss possible solutions.

  • Design UI mockups and graphical elements based on the shared Development Requirements to illustrate how the product will work.
